Trowel Grade Intumescent Sealant
FabStop AM Trowel Grade coating has been developed to use on FabStop Fire Batt boards. Once the ablative coating is applied it prevents the passage of fire and smoke between fire rated compartments providing up to a 4-hour fire rating.
At normal temperatures, FabStop ablative coating remains flexible to permit thermal and mechanical movement of the services. The product is unaffected by oil, fungus, vermin, contains no halogens or asbestos and contains no VOC’s.

Areas of usage should typically be sealing of joints, voids and irregular holes in partitions, fire walls and other structure elements. The product can be used as part of the FabStop Fire Batt system.
