Fireplug FPG Intumescent Grills are made to order so can be supplied in any size.

Firelug FPG: Free air flow has been calculated to give a minimum of 50% for a 100 x 100mm - Rising to 76% and higher for a 300 x 300mm and upwards.

Action

Under the action of heat, the openings seal up to prevent the passage of hot gases and toxic fumes.

Performance

Fireplug FPG & FPCG grills are available for one hour fire resistance and were tested at Chiltern Fire Laboratories under Test No. Chilt/IF05088 & IF11025A.

Tested to BS EN 1634 & BS476 Pt 20 acheiving one hour fire resistance, Test documents available on request.

Application

Fireplug FPG are designed to suit most firedoors. Simply cut a hole in the door to give a tight fit around the FPG, a bead of intumescent mastic can be place around the perimeter of the FPG, between the grill and timber, to seal the surrounds if required.
